MOSCOW, January 17 (RIA Novosti)-A Moscow court invalidated Thursday the sale of a dacha outside Moscow that is at the center of a scandal surrounding ex-premier Mikhail Kasyanov.
The Moscow Arbitration Court returned the Sosnovka-3 plot to state property and ordered that the company which bought the land, Veltex, be repaid 10.1 million rubles ($360,000).
