* Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said the Iran nuclear dispute would not affect Tor-M1 missile system sales to that country

* State arms trader Rosoboronexport's Tehran branch denied that a Russian delegation was involved in talks over sales of S-300 air-defense missiles to Iran in January

* Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said after talks with his Japanese counterpart Fukushiro Nukaga that Russia and Japan would conduct joint navy maneuvers in October 2006

* Ukraine's Defense Minister Anatoliy Hrytsenko said his country would restore its Missile Forces, but would not manufacture nuclear weapons
