MOSCOW, January 3 (RIA Novosti) - The Foreign Ministry of Russia says Ukraine's statements about the alleged pressure from Russia are unfounded, a senior Russian diplomat said Tuesday.
Mikhail Kamynin, an official spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that Ukraine's acting charge d'affaires in Russia had been invited to the Foreign Ministry of Russia Tuesday. The ministry told the Ukrainian diplomat that Ukraine's statements about the economic pressure, which Russia was allegedly exerting on Ukraine to destabilize the situation in the country, were unfounded, Kamynin said.
