MOSCOW, December 29 (RIA Novosti) - With 60 hours to go until Russia said it would cut off gas supplies to Ukraine, the two sides have not yet reached an agreement on the terms of gas prices and transit.
"We held a regular round of talks," Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov said Thursday. "We have assigned Gazprom and Naftogaz experts the task of preparing documents for us to study again tomorrow."
"As soon as the documents are ready, we will hold a meeting with Russian Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko and then make a final decision," Plachkov said.
