BISHKEK, December 24 (RIA Novosti) - A powerful explosion near the regional government headquarters in the southern Kyrgyz city of Osh set an adjacent building on fire, but left no one killed or injured, law enforcement officials said Saturday.
The cause of the blast remains unclear. Investigators are currently looking into two theories - an electrical equipment failure and a terrorist attack.
