MOSCOW, December 23 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow power utility Mosenergo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a $250-million loan agreement Friday, the company's press service said.
The loan will consist of two tranches worth $100 million (12 years) and $150 million (seven years). The second tranche will be syndicated.
Mosenergo said the loan would be used to finance the development and technical modernization of the power utility.
