* An international two-day conference on the social integration of disabled people in the CIS will open (10:00 a.m.).
* Lomonosov Moscow State University will host a roundtable on Russia's intellectual resources (3:00 p.m.).
* A news conference on the topic, Do foreign banks threaten Russia's economic security?, will be held (12:00 p.m.).
