MOSCOW, December 13 (RIA Novosti) - The Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant plans to place a 1.2-billion ruble ($42 million) bond issue December 20, the plant's economic and financial director said Tuesday.
Yury Lyashok said the coupon rate would be 10.5%-11% and coupon payments would be made every six months.
Impeksbank organized the loan to raise funds to retool the plant and refinance short-term loans.
