GROZNY, December 11 (RIA Novosti) - Chechen Security Council Secretary Rudnik Dudayev has been killed in a fire that broke out in a residential building within the government complex in the republic of Chechnya, a local government source said Sunday.
The house fire broke out at around 14:00 Moscow time (11 a.m. GMT). The fire has now been extinguished. The cause of the fire has not yet been established.
