MOSCOW, December 4 (RIA Novosti) - Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Moscow Sunday for a three-day official visit.
The premier intends to discuss a reconsideration of a rupee agreement between Russia and India.
The agreement implies export and import operations in non-convertible Indian rupees.
India owes some $2 billion to Russia and proposes to channel the debt into joint investment projects on its territory.
