MOSCOW, November 22 (RIA Novosti) - Russia and Ukraine have not yet reached an agreement on a payment system for natural gas deliveries to Ukraine, the Russian industry and energy minister said Tuesday.
"Unfortunately we have not yet reached any definite agreements on new forms of relations in gas sector, although our Ukrainian colleagues share a principal understanding of the necessity to switch to market conditions in the gas sector," Viktor Khristenko said.
