MOSCOW, November 9 (RIA Novosti) - The German bank Hypovereinsbank (HVB) has offered International Moscow Bank (IMB) a credit line of $200 million, the IMB press service said Wednesday.

IMB and HVB, its main shareholder with a 53% stake, have signed a credit agreement on the loan, with a credit rate of LIBOR+1.05% and a term of five years.

"Due to the five-year loan from HVB, IMB will have increased possibilities for refinancing, and will expand its credit portfolio," the press service said.

IMB is among the 30 largest banks in Russia according to a list published by the Russia's Central Bank.
