MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Industry and Energy Ministry said the Shtokman gas and condensate deposit project in the Barents Sea could be implemented through a production sharing agreement (PSA).
Deputy department director Olga Rybak said the project's operator, Russian state-owned natural gas monopoly Gazprom, had expressed an interest in such an arrangement.
