MOSCOW, October 28 (RIA Novosti) - The lawyers for Oleg Kiselyov, the head of the Renaissance Capital investment group charged with fraud, have appealed a court ruling on the arrest of their client, attorney Alexander Asnis said Friday.
"Unfortunately, I cannot disclose the contents of the charges brought against Kiselyov because it may affect the investigation," he said.
Earlier Friday, Asnis said a Moscow court had sanctioned the arrest of his client, who was receiving medical treatment overseas. He added that the fraud charges were related to the Mikhailov mining and ore processing company.
