GROZNY, October 28 (RIA Novosti)-Three soldiers have been hospitalized after being wounded in an explosion in the center of Grozny, the capital of the troubled North Caucasus republic of Chechnya, police said Friday.
An explosive device is thought to have gone off when a military column was passing by at 8:30 a.m. local time (4.30 a.m. GMT).
"There are no civilian casualties," a source in the law-enforcement agencies said.
