MOSCOW, October 19 (RIA Novosti) - Ten civilians were killed in the attack by militants on the North Caucasus city of Nalchik on October 13-14, officials said Wednesday.

"We have received an official list from the Interior Ministry with the names of 10 civilians killed in the attack on Nalchik. Two more bodies have yet to be identified," Dzhamilya Khagarova, the press secretary of the president of Kabardino-Balkariya, said Wednesday.

The republic's Health Ministry had previously reported 11 civilians dead.

Thirty-five security and police personnel were killed in Nalchik last Thursday when militants attacked several police and government buildings in the city, as well as the local airport. According to Russian officials, 91 of the attackers were killed and 36 captured in the counter operation, which continued into Friday.
