RIGA, October 19 (RIA Novosti, Yury Guralnik) - Latvia's National Security Council recommended Wednesday declaring Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky persona non grata, Latvian radio reported.
The recommendation on Berezovsky, who was given asylum in the U.K. after facing charges from the Russian authorities, will be passed to Latvia's Prosecutor General's Office and Interior Ministry.
