MOSCOW, October 15 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Dinara Safina failed to advance to the finals of the Kremlin Cup, a premier Russian tennis tournament, Saturday. Safina was defeated by France's Mary Pierce 6-7, 3-6 in the second semifinals.
In the finals Pierce will face Italy's Francesca Schiavone who defeated Yelena Dementyeva earlier on Saturday.
