MOSCOW, October 13 (RIA Novosti, Yekaterina Yefimova) - Hospitals in the North Caucasus city of Nalchik have upped casualties of Thursday's militant attack on the city to 13 killed and 116 injured.
Earlier reports had 10 killed and 64 wounded, a spokesman for Protection, a national center of medicine and disaster relief, said.
