STAVROPOL, October 13 (RIA Novosti) - A border guard wounded in the attack on the North Caucasus city of Nalchik died in the hospital, the local Federal Security Service (FSB) said Thursday.
All Nalchik border guards were put on alert after suspected militants attacked the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria.
