Rosneft reports increased oil deliveries to domestic market in 2005

MOSCOW, October 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's largest state-owned oil company Rosneft increased oil deliveries to the domestic market in the first nine months of 2005 by 4.8 times year-on-year to 4.3 million metric tons, the company's press office said.

Rosneft supplied a total of 53.5 million metric tons of crude oil to consumers during the period, and dispatched 1.7 million metric tons of oil through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium system.

Rosneft also supplied 7 billion cubic meters of natural gas to domestic consumers in the first nine months of 2005, up 34.5% year-on-year.

The company refined around 15.8 million metric tons of crude, including 7.7 million metric tons at its own refineries and 8.1 million metric tons at other refineries.

The average intensity of the company's oil refining was 60% in January-September 2005, up 2.2% from the previous year, the company's press release said.
