KIEV, September 27 (RIA Novosti) - Former first deputy Ukrainian Prime Minister Anatoly Kinakh was appointed Tuesday secretary of the country's National Security and Defense Council, President Viktor Yushchenko's Web site said.
Stanislav Stashevsky was appointed first deputy prime minister, Ivan Sakhan was made labor and social policy minister, and Arseny Yatsunyuk economics minister.
Oksana Bilozir, Mykola Polishchuk and Roman Zvarych, who were the ministers of culture, health and justice in Yuliya Tymoshenko's government, did not retain their posts.
