MOSCOW, September 23 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's acting foreign minister said Friday that Russia's relations with the European Union and NATO were more developed than Ukraine's.
Boris Tarasyuk also told independent Russian radio station Ekho Moskvy that Ukraine would continue to develop relations with Russia while also trying to integrate into the EU, which could be realized in ten years at the earliest.
