MOSCOW, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin granted Russian citizenship to the descendants of great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin living in Belgium, the Kremlin press service said Tuesday.
The descendants, Alexander Pushkin and Marie-Madeleine Durnovo-Pushkin, were born in Belgium in 1942 and in France in 1943 respectively.
