Russian Emergency Situations Ministry opens affiliates in EU, NATO

MOSCOW, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has opened representative offices in the European Union and NATO in Brussels, the ministry's international department director told journalists Tuesday.

Yury Brazhnikov said department expert Vladimir Kuvshinov would represent the ministry in the EU and Dmitry Lobanov in NATO.
