ASTANA, September 15 (RIA Novosti) - Kazakhstan's political opposition says it will not encourage a revolt if it looses the presidential election in December, presidential candidate and leader of the opposition Zharmakhan Tuyakbai said Thursday.
"We will not take people to the streets. We are law-abiding citizens and will do our best to solve all problems...by legal means," Tuyakbai said.
But, he noted, tampering with elections results is a criminal act.
