BERLIN, September 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said Tuesday that Russia and NATO had different views on the May uprising in Andijan, Uzbekistan.
"NATO believes that a peaceful demonstration was attacked, but those demonstrators with Kalashnikov assault rifles attempted to seize power killing policemen," he said.
