TOKYO, September 11 (RIA Novosti, Andrei Fesyun) - Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) is leading in Sunday's parliamentary election, exit polls indicate.
The LDP has been widely tipped to win the early election, called by Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi after rebels in his party helped the opposition block bills to privatize the national postal system.
