MOSCOW, September 11 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian supply vehicle Progress M54 successfully docked with the International Space Station (ISS) at 6:42 p.m., Moscow time, (2:42 p.m. GMT) Saturday.

The craft delivered food, water, oxygen, medications and fuel for the ISS Expedition 11 crew, Russia's Sergei Krikalev and the United States' John Phillips.

It also brought in hardware for the Suitsat amateur radio system, to be installed in a Russian Orlon spacesuit and deployed from the ISS during extravehicular activities. As it floats in space, Suitsat will be beaming down special messages and Slow Scan TV images through its digital voice messaging system and amateur radio transmitter.
