KIEV, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - An adviser to the Ukrainian president, Serhiy Teleshun, said Ukraine's government system was in a "pre-crisis", but not a crisis, a Ukrainian news agency reported Thursday.

"The president should finally decide on personnel changes and domestic policy priorities before October 2," Teleshun told Channel Five of Ukraine, according to the Novosti-Ukraina agency.

Teleshun warned that coalitions, parliamentary elections and the constitutional reform would otherwise all become caught up in a political war.

State Secretary of Ukraine Oleksandr Zinchenko tendered his resignation on September 3. He said this move was down to what he described as the illegal activity of Petro Poroshenko, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Tretyakov, the first presidential aide, and Mykola Martynenko, the leader of the Our Ukraine parliamentary faction.

According to Channel Five, Deputy Prime Minister Mykola Tomenko filed his resignation on Thursday.
