MOSCOW, September 7 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian soccer has drawn 0:0 with Portugal in a World Cup 2006 qualifying match at the Lokomotiv stadium in Russia's capital.
Just before halftime, Russian captain Alexei Smertin was sent off, bringing the team down to ten men.
