* Commemoration ceremonies will be held marking Anti-Terrorism Solidarity Day to honor the victims of the terrorist attack that occurred last year in the North Ossetian town of Beslan (the North Caucasus). A minute of silence in memory of the victims will be announced in Russia at 1:05 p.m. Moscow time (9:05 a.m. GMT). Beslan's memorial cemetery will host the unveiling of the Tree of Sorrow monument. Similar ceremonies will be held in Paris and Roverto (Italy).
