KAZAN, August 26 (RIA Novosti) - The next summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will be held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"It has been decided to hold the next CIS summit in Minsk," the president said at the opening of the CIS summit in Kazan, the capital of Russia's Volga republic of Tatarstan.
