MINSK, July 29 (RIA Novosti) - The High-Level Group on the Common Economic Space (CES) submitted its final report to the presidents of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan summarizing the talks on creating a regulatory base for the CES and focusing on differences on this matter.

"The report has been approved. As to the meeting between the heads of state, we made pertinent proposals and took pains to advance it because there are a number of issues that cannot be solved without the presidents," Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov said after the Group's 22nd session.

Russian Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko said the main results reflected in the report were a summarization of the group's activity and proposals on the agenda of the quartet's summit.

"The report and the agenda hold all that has been done concerning the priority package of documents," Khristenko said.

He also said they contained materials for the second package of documents related to "the next stage of integration, or the Customs Union." "The agenda also includes the issue of determining the format of the further development of the CES," the official said.
