MOSCOW, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Government plans to attract a loan of $100 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the development of technology parks and IT projects in Russia, said a source in the government.

This figure was envisaged by the Development of Information Technologies Market project, which the government decided to include in the draft program of the state exterior loans for 2006.

The Information Technologies Ministry was ordered to elaborate the concept of the project in the near future in order to include it in the program in time.

"The talks with the IBRD have been already held. There will be some corrections but on the whole the project is ready," the source said.

According to him, the loan will be distributed among the four technology parks, particularly in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod, which are currently under construction.
