VLADIKAVKAZ, July 12 (RIA Novosti) - Twenty-one of the 31 terrorists killed in Beslan have been identified, Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel said.
An Ingush national involved in the September 2004 attack on Beslan, was detained during the investigation, he said.
"The terrorist knew all the attackers," Shepel said.
