MOSCOW, July 2 (RIA Novosti) - President Putin has submitted to the State Duma (lower chamber) an agreement on jointly guarding the external borders of Eurasec countries (Eurasian Economic Community - Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan) for ratification, the Kremlin press service reports.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on February 21, 2003.
