MOSCOW, June 23 (RIA Novosti) - Those at fault for the crash of the Molniya-M rocket, which was carrying a military satellite, will be brought to justice, head of the Russian Space Agency (Roskosmos) Anatoly Perminov said Thursday.

"Everything now depends on the conclusions of the interagency commission," Perminov said.

According to Perminov, if the reason is poor design of the rocket, the culprits will be prosecuted. If the failure occurred during the launch or technical checks, senior officers of the Space Corps will reprimand the officials involved accordingly.

The midrange rocket Molniya-M was launched from Plesetsk in northern European Russia early Tuesday. After 298 seconds in the air, the Molniya-M fell near Tyumen (Western Siberia).
