MOSCOW, June 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian federal property department intends to complete the transfer of the 10.74% Gazprom stock to the Rosneftegaz open joint stock company before the meeting of Gazprom stockholders scheduled for June 24.
"The Rosneftegaz purchase of the Gazprom stock, including the contract of sale, the signing of transfer orders by Gazprom subsidiaries, their submission to the Gazprom registrar and the receipt entry in the list of Gazprom stockholders are to be completed by June 24, 2005," the department said.
