MOSCOW, June 16 (RIA Novosti) - The government must take into account the expense on the withdrawal of two Russian military bases from Georgia in the three-year draft budget, Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said at a cabinet session on Thursday.
"The pullout of bases is a governmental task and the state expenses should be taken into account in the three-year budget," the minister said.
The withdrawal will face many financial and other problems, he added. "For instance, we will have to buy much fuel to carry military hardware on ships and trailers," Ivanov said.
