MOSCOW
* Russian President Vladimir Putin will hand state prizes in the spheres of science, technologies, literature and art in the Kremlin (11.30).
* The Kremlin will host a reception in honor of Russia's Day. Government members, representatives of the Federation Council and State Duma (the upper and lower houses of the Russian parliament), federal executive and judicial bodies, religious and public associations, scientists, art and culture figures and diplomats accredited in Russia (13.30).
* The Kremlin Mile race, the nationwide charity TV marathon "Under the Flag of Good!", a concert on the Vasilyevsky Spusk on Red Square and other events will be held to mark Russia's Day.
ST. PETERSBURG
* The White Nights Rally which started in Vladivostok on May 2 will finish in St. Petersburg. British and German aristocrats, including Lord Fairfax and Prince von Prussen, big businessmen, journalists and athletes are taking part in the race.
