MOSCOW, May 30 (RIA Novosti) - Georgia does not intend to let other countries deploy military bases on its territory, Georgian Foreign Minister Salome Zurabishvili said on Monday.

"Georgia boasts a tourism and transit potential and is not interested in deployment of foreign military bases on its territory," she said.

As soon as an anti-terrorism center is opened in Georgia, it may attract Russian and European experts, the minister added.

"Today we are speaking about military bases. The presence of military experts in Georgia is a different matter," she said.
