MOSCOW, May 18 (RIA Novosti) - An explosion has hit mine No. 5 in Kiselevsk (the Kemerovo region, West Siberia) at 13.30 Moscow time, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry said.
There were 132 miners underground but there have been no reports on victims yet.
