KIEV, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko will certainly visit Russia, sooner or later. President Victor Yuschenko is sure on that point.

"The visit will buttress the understandings President Vladimir Putin and I have made," he said to a news conference in Dniepropetrovsk, as the presidential press service quoted him to Novosti/Ukraine news agency.

The negotiations agenda during the prime-ministerial visit will revolve round bilateral power industrial partnership and other Russo-Ukrainian issues, added the President.

The national top must be very dynamic as it forms Ukraine's new foreign policies, emphasized Mr. Yuschenko.

"Now is the time we can introduce new Ukrainian politics to all countries, and I want the Premier and other ministers to engage in active international contacts, with visits and delegation exchanges. All that promises Ukraine tremendous boons," he said.

"A thoroughly prepared and well-pondered visit means more capital investments to pour in Ukraine by the hundred million," the President pointed out.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has indefinitely suspended her visit to Russia, due April 15-16, as was announced yesterday.
