LONDON, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will go on reducing the fiscal burden, reassured Arkadi Dvorkovich, presidential expert board chief, as he was addressing the Russian Economic Forum, underway in London.

"We shall go on reducing fiscal rates and administrative outlays-but we shall firmly demand taxes, private and corporate alike, paid down to the last kopeck."

Fiscal administration demands the utmost openness. "We are to spare no efforts to make it transparent, and we shall work for fiscal administration not to be yet another burden on the business community," he went on.

"State activities are to be predictable, especially when they aim to revise and reverse the past." That is another essential factor, stressed Mr. Dvorkovich.

Not abstract economic success but breakthroughs by particular entrepreneurs will make Russia more competitive. "If anyone-no matter a resident or alien-is a success in Russia, his success will come as part of the basis of our entire national economy's success," said the expert.
