* The President Hotel will host the first integration forum "The Common Economic Space of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine: opportunities, problems and prospects" (April 7-8).

* Russian and Finnish Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Jan Petersen will attend the opening ceremony of the Russian-Norwegian-Swedish seminar entitled "The international conflict settlement experience" (10.00). After that, Lavrov and Petersen will hold talks (11.00).

* The Russian State Duma will host:

- a session of the chamber's council (10.00);

* The Central House of Journalists will host a press conference on the protection of Moscow's food markets from bad quality goods (14.00).

* Moscow will host a press conference on the TEFI-2005 national TV contest and the TEFI-REGION-2005 all-Russia TV contest (14.00).

* The Olympic Committee will discuss issues of Russian athletes' participation in international sporting associations (10.00).

KRASNOYARSK

* The second investment forum of the Krasnoyarsk territory will open. It will focus on key aspects of socio-economic development of Central Siberia.

BISHKEK

* The parliament of Kyrgyzstan intends to discuss pre-term resignation of President Askar Akayev. The discussion was postponed twice for technical reasons.

CHISINAU

* The inauguration ceremony of Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin will take place.

HELSINKI

* A delegation of the Russian Justice Ministry headed by minister Yuri Chaika will take part in the 26th conference of European justice ministers (April 7-8). Chaika is to sign a number of documents, including the convention on the transfer of sentenced persons and the additional protocol to this convention.

GENEVA

* UN Under-Secretary General for Peacekeeping Operations Jean Marie Guehenno will open the session on the Georgian-Abkhaz settlement (April 7-8).

MEXICO

* The 5th international aircraft exhibition and conference AEROEXPO-2005 will open in Mexico (April 7-10). The Rosoboronexport and the St. Petersburg aircraft repair company will present the center of helicopter technical service and overhaul.
