BISHKEK, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - Acting President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev reaffirmed at a Saturday press conference in Bishkek that an assassination attempt on his life could be arranged.
Moreover, he pointed to the beginning of counter-revolutionary actions in the republic.
According to Bakiyev, crowds are moving to Bishkek from the Keminsky district.
"Special services and regional leaders are working with these people to prevent disorders," Kurmanbek Bakiyev said.
He believes there are special groups provoking unrests in Bishkek.
