BISHKEK, March 24 (RIA Novosti) - A kurultai (congress) has brought together Kyrgyz parliamentarians of the new and latest convocations. The gathering highlighted bringing the country into order as top priority. Felix Kulov, one of opposition leaders, has been appointed to supervise law-enforcement agencies.
The kurultai determined to put off Cabinet formation till tomorrow, when all present tonight are gathering again, morning.
Bishkek remains riotous. Almost all shops in the city heart have been ransacked.
