WASHINGTON, D.C., March 3 (RIA Novosti) - The Houston, Texas, bankruptcy court regards the Yukos case as sealed, Tracey Campbell, deputy head clerk, said to Novosti.
Today's hearings on a Yukos claim to have the case reconsidered took a mere fifty minutes-the judge made do this time with an oral statement, which confirmed her written verdict of February 24. The court has not scheduled whatever further hearings on the Yukos affair, added Ms. Campbell.
Justice Letitia Clark today dismissed a Yukos application to have its bankruptcy claim reconsidered in the USA. She thus repeated her February 24 verdict of the case outside the US judicial competence, a court officer said to Novosti.
