MOSCOW, February 21 (RIA Novosti) - Rough sea and winds in the station area of the Odyssey oceanic platform have for the fourth time prevented the launch of the Zenit-3SL booster with the American communication satellite XM Radio-3. Another try is scheduled for early Wednesday, February 23.

Initially, the launch was fixed for 6:53, Moscow time, February 17 from Odyssey in the equatorial Pacific zone within the framework of the Sea Launch international program. The news of a 24-hour delay arrived on Wednesday night. The same repeated on Thursday and Friday.

The XM-Radio satellite family is designed for the transmission of digitally recorded music from studios in Washington, New York and Nashville. It can relay up to 130 digital commercial and state radio channels in the entire spectrum of music, from country to operas. Over 40 satellite channels are assigned for sport news, talk shows, children's programs and weather forecasts.

XM Radio-3 is the third American communication satellite of the family. The first two are doing service for American private and public users.
